We got a De Longhi coffee machine as a wedding present 16 years ago. It was a great old beast that made over 40,000 cups of coffee before finally giving up. This new machine is wonderful! It has more coffee choices, customized choices for individual household members, and the milk steamer works (the old one was broken.). The sleeker design fits nicely on the counter. We love love love it.

Bought the Evo Next excited about making a number of coffee drinks….and we do. What surprised me most was how good a simple cup of coffee is. Fresh ground beans. Nice foam. Great temp. The steamed milk is awesome. For us, this machine does everything we wanted and more.

The Magnifica Evo Next has elevated the morning coffee experience! The machine was an easy setup within 15 minutes. It was also easy to customize my favorite drinks. And the frother for the milk does the job perfectly. And once done the maintenance is quick and easy to get ready for the next use. Amazingly one of the best additions to the kitchen.

So far its been fantastic. Its quick, tasty, and I get exactly what I need when I need it. I enjoy the americano, and the lattes the best. Im also impressed on how clean it.likes to keep itself. Definitely on a different level compared to the pot of coffee days.

This machine ruined regular drip coffee for me 😅 The Coffee and Long Coffee options are so smooth, rich, and flavorful that filter coffee now tastes watered down. Espresso-based but surprisingly balanced and easy to drink. Milk drinks are great too. If you're looking for good coffee, not just coffee, this is it ☕️🔥note: husband approved 😂

Product has delivered on my expectations. I find is easy to run and not a major chore to clean. Coffee never tasted better.

As title says, our first machine worked terribly. Luckily their service department is really great and the video chat option helped us figure out the problem quickly. They sent us a replacement unit within about 7 days, and now we are very happy. It does everything it needs to.

average. really a pain to get set up, can't easily change strength without the machine just returning an error message "I can't make your coffee currently" or something to that spirit. Hit the button again - and no problems. makes somewhat better coffee than the keurig it replaced, but at the cost of a lot of frustration and time wasted trying to "dial it in" - 10 youtube videos and counting!

The quality of the grinder is not near the same as an old burr grinder I used before. The difference had a significant effect on the flavor and crema of the espresso. I had to search extensively for beans that would produce near the crema I was looking for. The process is entirely automated, significantly adding to convenience. Convenience vs. quality... I did not return the machine. Convenience won.
