The espresso machine didn't work from the start. The milk carafe was not recognized from the espresso machine.

IMO, you buy an automatic (vs semi-automatic) for convenience. This machine takes that to a whole other level. It reminds you of everything you need to do (empty bin, fill water, clean milk, etc). Love it

The Delonghi Magnifica Evo is a great coffee machine! It is not huge so fits nicely on my counter. I love that we can pick a great variety of coffee drinks at the touch of a button!

My husband and I are big coffee drinkers. Over the past 25 years we've purchased 5 coffee makers. None of which made great tasting coffee! Now we have this one and we are on a coffee cloud every day!

Super easy directions and set-up. We were making espresso within 30minutws of getting the machine. Very easy to clean and maintain. I love this machine

Bought it and instant regret, the milk frother won't register, I click it in and it says please put on milk frother. I got 2 cups before no problem. Tried everything . Not to mention the first one I bought was cracked no big deal took it back got a new one but now can't use the milk frother attachment. It keeps saying please put in and I even took a video it clicks in but the machine wont register that its attached. It wasted so much expensive coffee just trying to get the frother to work. Other than that little things like the water tray fills up fast and is pretty noisy those things wouldn't bother me as much if the whole machine worked fine.

An amazing machine. Love it. Easy to use. Definitely recommend it.

From the get go; espresso is great and consistent. Milk frothing attachment, will not attach. Bad qc when a brand new machine part doesnt attach.
