I needed an upgrade from my other Hamilton Beach coffeemaker and this one was exactly what I wanted. It has all the features of my old one plus a few extras. What I like best is that it has separate water wells for a carafe and a single cup.

Single cup side made maybe 3 cups then after that, no matter how much water you put in it barely more than 2 ounces would come out. Definitely do not recommend this coffee maker.

Flex brew coffee maker is easy yo use. This is my second one. The first one just went out after 10 years. I love having the carafe option, as well as the single serve.Makes it easy when you want to make more than 1 cup.

I love the simplicity of this pot. I had a Keurig Duo and had to press 3 buttons to make a pot of coffee. But this one doesn't get hot. Don't know if something is wrong with it, or this is temp it is set at.

They sent me a "recertified" brewer with a coffee stained carafe, nowhere on the product page did it say "recertified" if it had I wouldn't have bought it.

Works very well. Relatively user friendly. The one reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars rating is because the coffee maker doesn’t provide a beep or buzz when the carafe is through brewing.

The single cup function from grounds in the appropriate filter that came with the machine spewed hot coffee and grounds around my kitchen when used as instructed. The quest for single cup coffee from grounds continues.

Price is fair, I like the features and it is very simple to setup and use. I got this as a replacement for my older model of the same coffeemaker. If that doesn't make you think I like this product well then I don't know what else to say.

Okay machine. It was slow brewing and I ended up using a lot of coffee because it didn't heat the water to a high temperature. I had to use a lot of coffee to get it to taste.

So far so good atm. I had a keurig duo machine and it didn’t even last a half of a year. The hot plate went out for no reason . This one still seems to work better. Hopefully it will last for a while.
