I love the Flex-Brew but, this one only lasted for 25 days and the pump on to single side stopped working.

I bought this about a month ago and I love it. I love all the features it has. I would highly recommend this coffee maker and the price was right!

It is loud when you use the large pot. When you use the pod side it spits out coffee grinds and your cup is full of coffee grinds. I returned it.

There were grounds in every cup of coffee I had and it takes ridiculously long to brew a single serve cup.

This is the newer model of what I have been using. I'm a little disappointed that it now has more plastic features and the single side is slower than the last one!

Quality is just average, the Hamilton Beach had to best of the reviews of those available at Sams Club. Does not have an on off switch, does not get the water really hot before brewing, so the coffee does not stay hot in the carafe. Disappointed

What took me so long? I bought this because of the dual brewing style. I have fallen in love with the single cup brew. Fast, delicious and always fresh. No more stewed coffee for me. But I can still brew a pot when I have company.

Sent this back the first 10 minutes we had it out of the box. Single serve literally sprayed coffee out the from of the machine 8 feet across the room. Completely snapped down. Do not recommend.

You couldnt adjust the cup size with the button that showed a regular cup or commuter size, the water reservoir is small, and if you fill it, it defaults to the larger si,e cup, returned it!

Water reservoir for the k cup holds max of 14 oz. of water. No selection button for coffee cup size. You add the amount of water for the coffee cup size. The next issue is brew time for the k cup is way too long compared to the Keurig and Cuisinart makers I previously owned.
