Purchased as a Christmas gift. The maker, as great as it seems, does not make coffee hot enough. The coffee is lukewarm when percolating and the only gets hot from the heating receptacle. Going to return it.

what I don't like at all is that the k cup side reservoir is only one cup. you have to pour water in for each cup. no thanks. received today. returning to Sam's Club tomorrow!

Love this coffee maker. It's versatile and looks great on my counter! The coffee comes out so strong on the Bold setting, it's better than my Kuerig!

Great tasting coffee, a big difference from our old Braun. Exactly what we were looking for, a side by side easy to use that can make a carafe, k-cup, or single cup ground.

Takes a very long time for the single side to heat water/start brew: have not used pot side yet. Looks nice. Fairly easy to use. Display screen could be brighter. Seems OK for price…time will tell.

We have had our flex brew coffee machine for several years. We love the option to make a bold or regular brew. At first, we used the single cup pot a lot, but over time, the novelty has worn out, and we now only use the full pot brew. It is still a nice option to have for guests. After at least 3 years, this machine still works like a charm!
