Love my flex brew. Gives me the choice to make one cup or now that I am working from home a whole pot of coffee.

I actually like the coffee pot, but the water tank reservoir is a nightmare to clean and gets yucky buildup in a constant. This is a very poor design because you cannot take the reservoir off to clean it.

Could not give a 5 star because lid on carafe side on previous maker and this replacement tend to become bent due to thin, cheap plastic. I wish it has a much stronger lid and hinge

I love the options, brew a pot for a big crowd or a single cup. I can control the strength of my coffee too. I’ve had it for years and love it! I’m ordering a 2nd one as a gift.

This is my second Hamilton Beach 2 Way Flex brew. I am in love with the product. My first one I had 12 years. So bought a newer model with same features. Easy to operate. Great coffee from both brew cycles. Enjoy doing fresh ground in special kcup.

Had this maker for a few weeks. Holding up great. No issues.

I purchased 2 of these from Sams Club. Both are no longer working. Nice concept but it doesn't last. One of them has a burning smell and the other won't release the water. One of them is 1 yr old. The other is 2 yrs old.

K cup dispenser stopped working after warranty expired, 1 year after purchase. I️ should have taken back after 3 months but couldn’t find receipt. The kcup side was always difficult to use, errored, took several times to work

I received this and it must have been retuned previously as it was taped and the box was busted and a piece was loose in the bottom. The outside box was in good condition so I believe is was packed damaged and sent to me

When we first bought it was great. Then not long after having, the water just gushed out on the coffee pot side.Anyhow can?t seem to find receipt from warranty because I bought it online.
