The first one only lasted one day and something went out on it but was replaced and this one works fine. Love that you can brew pot, cup, or k-cup on one machine. Does brew slower than I am used to but Love functionality of machine. Has a nice pot that pours coffee nicely.

I wish Hamilton Beach would stop selling these. We are on our 3rd one and the last one just went out. According to Hamilton Beach,there is a tubing inside the machine that gets pinched and it cannot be fixed. The 1st when replaced I only had to pay shipping for a replacement. The last 2, they wold only give me a 50% discount. They’ve all lasted maybe pretty close to a year. I would avoid buying this at all cost. They’re just a waste of money. Now to find a coffee maker that lasts longer than a year!

Works good, but a little slow, and would be nice if it had a larger water tank for the k cup.

Had our first one for 3 years…carafe broke. So we like this model enough to purchase a new one.
