Had one since about 2015 I believe. Took it to work and still works great. Got a Kuerig to replace it. Biggest mistake ever. Throw that thing away after the second one they sent broke in less than a year. Went and bought another one of these. It works great and we love it. If you want something simple that makes pots of coffee and singles and is reliable, this is the one.

I love the fact that you can brew a single cup or a full pot, but I don't like the fact that the coffee warmer only stays on for 2 hours ,then it shuts down and the rest of the coffee gets cold. I also do not like that you cannot fill the water reservoir over a certain amount or it will overflow, already happened to me twice, when making a pot or a single cup of coffee.

I had a previous version of this same brand of coffee maker which finally died after 10+ years....this one is even better!!! The functionality of it is super easy and coffee comes out perfect every time! And I love this WAY over the K-cup style makers...had one and it didn't last. Highly recommend this one!

I have been wanting this but just couldn't justify the expense as long as I had a coffee maker that did it's job. Happy Day!! My old one just turned itself off in the midst of making a pot of coffee.!! So I bought this one, finally. It is great. Very simple to set up and get started. I love it.

Got this thinking it would replace my Keurig 2.0. It’s easier to brew a single serve in the Keurig as there is usually water in the tank; rather than pouring each cup into this brewer each time. I do like the option of the 12 cup brewer rather than the smaller Keurig caraf. I do think this is a good brewer and will use it when company comes. A plus is the single-serve separate coffee pod for my own coffee. Had to buy this separately for the Keurig.

This is the second one of these we have purchased. We love the upgrades that have been made, but the coffee carafe leaks as you pour. We tried pouring with the cup on the counter, we have tried picking the cup up and then pouring. We tried pouring slow and pouring fast and it still leaks out onto the counter. It is not a faulty pot, but faulty design of spout. I'm calling the company Monday to find out what the problem is.

Great purchase. It makes hot 12cup as well as 12oz cup. Keeps coffee warm for couple of hours in the pot. The single serve comes with a separate screened filter in case you want to use your own ground coffee. It is perfect. Extremely pleased with the performance. Highly recommend this flexBrew coffee maker.

I bought this for my daughter that is away at school. I ordered from Sam’s club and had it shipped to her took just a few days. She likes that she can program it to brew coffee in the morning. She loves to wake up to the smell of coffee in the morning.

This fits our needs perfectly. There’s the carafe when we have company or just want more than one cup, then there’s the single serve kcup side. What’s also great is you can use generic or any brand of kcups, unlike our last coffee maker, plus you can also use grounds! Only one downside that I’ve found and that is the water reservoir. You only add the amount of water that you want to use. So if you are using a kcup and fill the reservoir to the max of 14 oz, your coffee will be very watery. And having the per-use reservoir also means that it will take longer to brew since it will have heat the water. Knowing this before I was running late was a plus! Overall this was a great purchase!

So I read a ton of reviews prior to purchasing on this and other coffeemakers. I really loved the concept of the ability yo do both a pot and K cups with this particular one. It does come with a reuseable K cup already so that was great. It works really nicely, looks sleek and seems to be really well made. A lot of reviews indicated it made lukewarm coffee. I have not found that to be the case on mine. My unit makes steaming hot coffee on both sides.
