Oh, my goodness, I love this coffee maker! I smell the coffee brewing before I even get out of bed, and it is ready when I get up! The individual cup maker is also awesome, because my husband and I sometimes enjoy a cup of decaf in the evening. Score!

My husband and I love the diversity of this coffee maker. I like coffee once in a blue moon so I go with a small box of K-cups and he loves 2-3 cups of coffee a day, so we buy a large container of coffee for him and he makes his individual cups of coffee each day. When we have company we have the convenience of the decanter which makes about 12 cups of coffee. Love it, Love it, Love it...

I have always wanted to try k-cup coffee, but I did not want to give up my option for a regular coffee pot, so when this went on sale I purchased it, I have had for a little over a month now and I am pretty happy with it.However it is a little slow to brew, and I wished it had a timer to set.

We love the feature that you can do normal pot or k-cups. The last one started leaking after about 16 months, so we are trying another one. Hopefully this one lasts longer. We returned the first one for a total refund, so that's why we like shopping at Sam's Club.

I love this coffee pot. I hardly use 12 cup feature unless there is company, so I cherish the pod side the most. I can just make me a to-go cup whenever I want. Greatest thing is I can use whatever brand of pod I want or the filter that was included to use my ground coffee... and Sam's Club had the best price in town!

Love the coffee maker. I like the option of pot or single cup. Have enjoyed the timer and waking to coffee and using the single serve for my evening tea. I haven’t used a pod yet but have put my tea in the pod. It comes with everything needed for the single serve option. You only need filters for the coffee pot.

I bought this about a month ago. I’m a single mom and I don’t need a whole pot of coffee all the time. It’s very convenient to make one or two cups in the mornings when it’s only me. But I also have the option to make a pot of others are here that want coffee. The single serve side is very easy to use and makes a cup quickly. I’m very pleased with my purchase

Have used several Keurigs for years and years and looking ahead to an upcoming move and storage of most household goods for a while, I was worried about moving and storing the current Keurig so I started looking for a unit that emptied all the water you put in with each brew. Came across this great coffee maker at local Sam’s but the store was out of them - only had the one on the shelf - so I went home and ordered it online. I also wanted to be able to make a pot of coffee for when guests are over in addition to my single serve pod maker and this Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker really fits the bill! It is simple to use and makes great coffee! Simple to clean also! I love that the needle holder on the single brew side is easily removable and I can just rinse it under running water to clear the grounds from the needle! Can’t do that with a Keurig, or at least none of them I have owned. I do that each time I use it, that’s how simple it is! I also just leave the reservoir door open after brewing on either side to let the condensation dry. It reassures my mind that there is no water left stored (and growing “things”!) in either side of the unit. The only minor issue I have is the lid to the single serve side is slightly warped when it cools and does not lay completely flat when closed. Once the unit heats up during a brew, that lid does lie flat, but warps again once cooled. I’m going to call the company today to see if they can just send a replacement lid. I do not use the carafe side as often as the single serve side but am still glad to have the use of both in one machine (although, you cannot brew a single pod while the carafe is brewing and vice versa). I totally recommend this coffee maker!

Bought this coffee pot to replace a Keurig. It brews full pots of coffee, single cups from your own coffee, or K-Cups. The only negative so far is that the K-Cups have produced a cup of coffee grounds. Not sure if they are defective or if this is typical. Definitely recommend this coffee pot!

I bought this to replace my older model of Hamilton Beach FlexBrew. I was happy with the last one but due to hard water the pump gave out. There are some good improvements to the new model. like the single brew compartment it is much easier to insert kcups there is also a single basket for brewing a single cup with ground coffee. It is stored directly under the single cup holder so it is with the coffee maker. The buttons are marked well so it easy to know when to brew. You also have the option for strong or regular brew on both. I use it daily but will use a cleaner once a month due to the fact we have hard water and I think the build up wears the pump out. Love the machine and the fact that you can brew a pot or single cup. Does not take up much more room then a traditional coffee maker. Brews great coffee. Worth the purchase price as it gets used daily.
