I just bought this and I like that I can make one cup or ten. What I don't like is that you can't use certain pods. I like the Vitcor Allen coffee but the pods explode all over and make a big mess!!! I had to return the 2 boxes that I had just ordered at the same time. I got the Folgers Classic and they work fine.

I love the carafe, it doesn't drip like others and the reusable filter for single serving. Very earth friendly. The covers for the water reservoirs are warping with the heat I'm assuming. But it doesn't impact the efficiency of the coffee maker. So cosmetically, it doesn't hold up. But in every other aspect, it's perfect.

I am a both a coffee lover and a minimalist. Before we purchased this machine we had a regular coffee maker and a fancy ( super expensive) single serve espresso-coffee maker that took up a lot of room on the counter, and doubled the cleaning duty. When the old coffee maker finally died I decided to take a chance on this machine given the low cost. This all in one machine satisfies my husband's desire to make a nice pot early in the morning, and my need for a single cup of my own special grind midday for myself. I was prepared to be disappointed, but so far it has been excellent.

We enjoy havconvenience-for most mornings and single serve convenience anytime. The BOLD brew option is great for us because we like our coffee full-flavored. Coffee is always in and hot. Easy to use with big buttons and large size LED numbers and letters on the command panel. This is my favorite coffee system ever and is sooooo affordable.

Bought this model before and loved it. Only bought again because the thermal carafe on the first one was disintegrating and I couldn't find a replacement carafe. It brews very good tasting coffee. My husband loves using K-cups and I brew an entire pot and refrigerate because I like iced coffee. It's "the best of both worlds".

It works but the coffee, so far has not been very hot. It may be okay if you drink it black but adding milk or cream makes it just warm. It is also flimsy, especially the lids on the water reservoirs. Using K-Cups seems to take longer than if using a Keurig.

I love this coffeemaker! I was only aware of 1 other coffeemaker that did both carafe & K-Cup brewing, and it was almost $200.00. Then I happened onto this model. Read reviews, saw Sam's Club had it, and purchased. It is great...I can only drink decaf after 4:00 & sometimes I want hot chocolate, tea, etc., and the K-Cup side is perfect for this! And, I still have the option to brew my ground coffee in the same unit. And, I like the appearance of it for having it sitting out on my counter. Well pleased - highly recommend!

I’ve had this for a month and a half and really enjoy it. Full pot for when everyone’s home and k cup or single serve of my choice when I want. I do max of 12 oz for k-cup and haven’t had a problem with melting plastic or taste. Directions say say 10oz max. Would be 5star if single serve was programmable and could brew more on single serve k-cup like the brew your own option.

This is just what I needed. Sometimes my husband will want a cup of coffee in the evening and I am already done with coffee drinking for the day. Instead of making a partial pot (never tastes right), I can make him a single cup. Love it! Looks nice on the countertop, too!

Great coffee maker for the price. I replaced mine old one. Nothing wrong, except the plate warmer got rusty. Really hope Hamilton beach makes plate replacement that customers can change out as needed. Does everything a Keurig does, except 1/2 the price!
