The app is easy to use and very customizable. Occasionally the brush gets stuck with hair and the device pauses the routine until you are able to empty the brush, but overall that is a minor inconvenience. Our dog does not mind the noise it makes.

The overall size increase keeps it from getting stuck in as many places! The power and push it has is awesome! The fact that I can vacuum and mop at the same time is incredibly convenient! The self emptying bin is great also! The voice narration proves to be really helpful while setting up and during cleaning periods! Overall, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty easy to set up and very useful household tool. It was able to navigate pretty easily under the chairs in our dining room. It also went over playmats and doormats with ease while also going over carpet and hardwood floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this Roomba! Our house has dark hardwood floors and it has been such a struggle to keep them clean and not showing spots and dust. The Roomba has been doing an amazing job with that and the carpet we have in the bedrooms! The suction is really good and handles the hair from the four girls in our house like a champ. I was really impressed with the set-up process and how it maps out the house and the navigation to go from mopping the hardwood floor, to then vacuuming the carpet. It has been able to get into the corners of the house and even under the couches! This is our first robot vacuum and I would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first experience with a robo vacuum after considering one for years. I am actually blown away. Out of the box, performance was still very good. It mapped out our main level of our home and then vacuumed about half of the space. Once it charged, it was able to easily vacuum the whole space. I added a picture of it navigating a couple obstacles in my daughter's room and it does fantastic. One of the biggest tests was the mop function. It had to spend extra time in our kitchen to get troubles spots and it did fantastic. Our floors have never been cleaner. 80% of our upstairs is solid surface and 20% is carpet and it easily navigates both. Huge fan of the new roomba. It's nice to have some help with chores with 3 kids under 8 and 3 dogs!
