[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been so great! Setup was simple and it mapped my rooms with no issue. Setting up a schedule has kept my rooms cleaner and more consistently. The battery seems plenty capable. It usually has 70 percent remaining after doing my main floor. It seems relatively maintenance free. Filters are easy, brushes snap in, etc. I've had no issues with durability even with my dog and cats investigating it. I have not used the mop function a ton but the few times it mopped it easily switched back to vacuum mode once it transitioned to the carpeted area. Overall it has made my house much cleaner with way less effort.

Our dogs shed so bad so I constantly sweeping and mopping, and it saves me so much time.we had a very basic roomba before and it did OK, but we constantly had to clean it and empty the hair and it did not mop. This one is great because it self empties, mops and heat mops! Some of the pros: -It works great picking up dog hair -It self empties -The heated mopping is amazing for pet odors - You can choose the jobs and locations (sometimes I like to just have it sweep but not mop) Some of the cons: -If you use the vacuum and mop feature together the cycle takes a while (which is probably fine for most people but one of my dogs is scared of it so I put him in another room when it's running) -The charge could last longer between charges Overall I'm so happy with the Roomba 775 and can't recommend it enough if you're a busy parent and have animals. It has cut my time in half and really helped me tackle the time consuming tasks of sweeping and mopping!

This is especially true for homes that have multiple floor types and this unit excels at handling both carpet and hardwood floors on the fly! The vacuum has powerful suction and is even able to get areas near the wall trim clean. The mopping function is effective and doesn't leave behind a ton of moisture so it dries fast. Even better, this Roomba comes equipped with a dock that allows for removal of contents and refilling the reservoir. All of this is done automatically and easily configurable with the app available on the App Store. The app also allows the user to configure settings, manage the dock, and train the Roomba for your lining area. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had heard of these automated vacuums from Roomba before but I never realized just how impressive this technology was until I got this unit. From opening up the box and setting it up to watching it operate, my experience with this product has been completely seamless. I love how thoughtfully every facet of its engineering has been refined. We have carpeted floors, tiles, hardwood floors, and rugs -- we run the whole gamut in this house. This Roomba unit is able to navigate across all of these surfaces and clean them appropriately in one session. It successfully avoids any obstacles in its path and completes a cleaning of the entire house without needing any human assistance. Before, I would have to spend hours vacuuming and mopping all our floor surfaces; now this device can complete all those chores while I do something else. It's also made what was once a chore into something entertaining. It's genuinely fun to watch it navigating around the house and our cats seem to think so too because they love following it around and watching it while it does its thing! This Roomba vacuum also sounds quieter than a normal vacuum while it does its tasks. When it has completed its assigned tasks, it returns to its dock and recharges. It empties itself into the dock and cleans itself. The app you use to control it is simple yet informative. You don't even have to remember when to change the mop water or empty its dust bin as it tells you when any human intervention is needed. Overall I'm really grateful to have gotten to try this Roomba product because I am now a believer in automated vacuums. I'll never go back to using a manually operated vacuum or mop. My house has never been cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with Roomba max775 - so far I used it on three different types of flooring: tile, hardwood, and wool carpet- it did a great job on all of them. It transitioned smoothly between surfaces, and picked up dust and debris very well. One of my favorite features of how smart and hands off it is. In the middle of the cleaning job, it went back to the dock itself when it needed to empty the dust bin and got ready to continue cleaning. It makes keeping the floors clean so much easier with very little efforts on my part, especially when I'm living in a house with families and children! Overall, I'm very impressed with its performance!! I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to get regular floor cleaning maintenance!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty easy to set up and very useful household tool. It was able to navigate pretty easily under the chairs in our dining room. It also went over playmats and doormats with ease while also going over carpet and hardwood floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this Roomba! Our house has dark hardwood floors and it has been such a struggle to keep them clean and not showing spots and dust. The Roomba has been doing an amazing job with that and the carpet we have in the bedrooms! The suction is really good and handles the hair from the four girls in our house like a champ. I was really impressed with the set-up process and how it maps out the house and the navigation to go from mopping the hardwood floor, to then vacuuming the carpet. It has been able to get into the corners of the house and even under the couches! This is our first robot vacuum and I would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My floors have never been cleaner. I am amazed at just how throughly this thing cleans. I thought my floors were clean before but was very wrong (dirty water compartment does not lie!) I love that I can set it and forget about it since it is self cleaning. It could be a little loud when the vacuum is emptying but I clean floor outweighs a little noise for a short period.

I like that after the first floor plan mapping, you are able to block off areas that you don't want robot to go; however, I had to try multiple times to rename different rooms within the app . Hopefully that is a glitch in the app that will be updated soon. My only other complaint is that since it's a brand new product, I was unable to watch videos to help me quickly use the product for the first time. Overall, it's a great product to have in our home!
