Its incredibly easy to set up and the app connected immediately to the vacuum making setup a breeze. Ive owned a couple robot vacuums and this one is easily the best Ive seen. Its very heavy and the durability seems extremely high. So far its indestructible. The Dustbin is very accessible and it even comes with extra filters and dust bags. Maintenance is also very straightforward as the app notifies you when its ready. Its very elegant and feels incredible. I would highly recommend this vacuum for anybody who is new to robot vacuums and wants the best of the best.

The app is intuitive and easy to use, mapping the rooms and setting up a schedule was easy. I also liked the separate compartment for cleaning solution, although unfortunately we werent able to use it due to issues with the mopping function. The roomba itself is fairly tall, which could make it difficult to get under furniture. We repeatedly received a mop-wash error and the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. Overall, I'm impressed but disappointed that the mop didn't work. Only got half the functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here's my honest take on this product. I reallly wanted to love this combo robot but it did fall short. When it comes to vacuuming it does well, although I do wish the vacuum was more uniform in its trajectory. First let me say that the wet mop function allows for the option to utilize warmer water or cool water. When I used the wet mop function on warm water it left dirt stains all throughout my floors. I let it run to see if it would recognize the dirt and go back but unfortunately it did not. I had to go back and mop the floors afterwards which was disappointing. Now, I tried it on cool water and adjusting in various settings in the type of mop clean and found that it left smaller qualities of dirt stains but it did leave scuff marks. What I did also have an issue with is that my connection to the robot kept disconnecting from the internet. This device only works on 2.4 GHz internet connection, now I was able to adjust my internet so the connection issues have not been as faulty. Before I fixed my connection issues I was having error messages on connection issues as well as the robot would need help finding its base. I appreciate the live updates it allows for where the vacuum is at and what areas it has serviced thus far. I will say another bonus is that there are more functions in the app like allowing the robot to map the home which I found fascinating and how the robot empties its bins as needed. That is the kind of extras that are helpful and the mop feature that allows you to store water and dispose of dirty water. The noise is as expected not allowing loud but loud enough to know it's working. The battery life is good, I notice that the vacuum will clean my whole how I'm about 2 and a half hours- 3 hours without needing a single charge. You're also able to spot clean or clean certain areas in the home differently based on needs which is a nice customization. I do wish I didn't have issues with the mop feature but perhaps this is product that isn't for heavy cleanings and more for in between mops where the floor doesn't need much. I've also looked through manuals in hopes of correcting the issue to no avail. There's also settings for the robot health that tell you how much more time you have into replacing or cleaning bushes, sensors, or replacing certain products which is helpful for maintenance. This robot does need some help at times so I do think it's something to be mindful of. Ultimately, I do feel there is some room for improvement in areas especially for a robot that is designed to mop but I do find the vacuum features to be stronger.

You do have to download an app on your smartphone, but that was not a problem for me. The app leads you through the steps of assembling the spinning broom attachments, charging the unit and initiating the floor mapping sequence. I couldn't be happier! It vacuumed my entire first floor, returned to its dock and even dumped out the dust filter. Game changing in our busy household. This model also mops the floors too. Simply add water to the container in the docking station and go. The app allows you to choose vacuum, mop or both which is convenient based on your needs. I am setting mine up on a schedule to routinely clean during the day when we are not around. Imagine walking in the door to clean floors all the time!!!

The app is easy to use and very customizable. Occasionally the brush gets stuck with hair and the device pauses the routine until you are able to empty the brush, but overall that is a minor inconvenience. Our dog does not mind the noise it makes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba Max 775 blows competitor irobot type products out of the water especially with this new Max 775 combo + AutoWash docking station. I have had other non Roomba iRobots in the past but they either didn't clean at all or they broke within the first few months. So when I wanted to upgrade I made sure I went with the tried and trusted Roomba and so glad that I did as this product is amazing. I was never a fan of cleaning the house especially the floors, which are carpet, tile and hard wood floors in our house. But thanks to the Roomba Max 775 my floors are the cleanest they have ever been and I have more time to clean the rest of the house while also freeing up time thanks to not having to clean the floors weekly. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids, so they are always tracking in mud, dirt, hair, etc, so I am always pulling out the broom or mop to clean the floors at least twice a week, but not anymore thanks to this product. I really like the smart app integration which lets me program when the floors are cleaned, so I set it to roam the house when we are out for the day, and come home to sparkling clean floors. The app also lets me customize clean zones and adjust the water flow for the tile and hardwood floors in my home. The 4x suction kicks in on the carpet for a deep clean, and the mop cover is retractable for a full on dry. With dogs, I am loving the anti-tangle bristles as this used to be the cause of other irobot cleaners breaking due to the hairs tangling the bristles or clogging the machine. This is not the case with this Roomba as it can handle pet hair and human hair with ease. The AutoWash dock cleans up afterward leaving me with more time with the family and not lugging dirty water buckets throughout the house to dump out. The mop roller gets cleaned once it returns for the dock station with 165 degree fahrenheit water. I am loving my new Roomba Max 775 combo and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effortless clean of their floors without having to get down on your hands and knees to do a deep clean. This machine does it all for you, no matter your floor type.

I love that self cleaning, and that I can schedule exactly when I want to run in my house. I love the fact that it mops and vacuums, which makes my job a lot easier. I will say that the dock is a little bit chunky however, I did find an area for it in my bedroom this machine is not loud at all in the battery life on. It is very good. Comes with everything that you need to keep your home sparkling and clean.
