Been using this for a little over a week and I sleep so good now.

They help me fall asleep, but not stay asleep. They taste good though!

I have issues falling asleep and staying asleep and this has improved both.

It has helped me more with my sleep pattern. Still not 100% of the time but helpful.

Our whole family has converted to these! One does the trick on the daily but two is wonderful also.
