So good. I've been waking up multiple times a night. Started taking lemme sleep and haven't woken up at all. I love them.

These work well! I notice I start relaxing about 30min after taking these and they don't make me groggy

The ingredients aren't clean they use natural flavors and citric acid. Why not keep all the ingredients using real foods
