helps me sleep without giving me weird dreams lol i've been falling asleep quicker and staying asleep! love them

This was my first time taking melatonin and it didn't seem to work for me. I will try again and give an update

Had absoultley zero effect on me and I took three of them. And they taste bad, would not recommend to anyone.
