Regular melatonin doesn't work on me but these gummies do the trick! I fall asleep fast and stay asleep. These gummies will forever be part of my night time routine!

I was skeptical at first as I already take magnesium and melatonin but my sister mailed me a few to try and I have been able to sleep through the night which never happens, and I only take 1.

When you take these you will get sleepy but you won't stay asleep. I experience waking up no even to use the bathroom. I do fall back to sleep, though.
