I'd never thought take a sleeping tablet but when lemme sleep came out I wanted to try them. I've no problem sleeping it's staying asleep which is my problem and now I'm getting a full 8hours every now get without feeling I'm taking a tablet

I took two and it made me feel off in the morning, felt like my brain is fuzzy. Went down for to one and it still had the same effect, they definitely help me fall asleep but it takes me longer to wake up in the morning.
