First off these taste amazing and they work so well. Really helps me have a good nights sleep before class (especially 8ams). I'd definitely recommend

I got these for my truck driver boyfriend as a gift without telling who made them.He really likes these he's been consistent for a week and he knocks out after a few months of not sleeping the best.

I love the taste of these! They seem to help my body relax at the end of the night but not my brain. I also do feel a little groggy and head heavy in the morning since taking them.

Not great. Go to sleep but don't stay asleep and when wake up have trouble getting back to sleep. My daughter and husband have the same experience. Won't be purchasing again

After a few nights I genuinely noticed better sleep. I sleep light and wake up earlier than I want to and with these I am actually sleeping better and for about an hour longer. They also taste great.
