For days. Helps get back to sleep but the consequences are not worth it for little ole me. I'll toss and turn in bed instead. I'd taking these. Tastes great tho

i love these gummies!!! they put me to sleep super fast!! the only thing issue is sometimes when i take these i get nightmares witch is an issue i have with certain melatonin gummies but other than that these are delicious and work!!

These gummies are great. I have trouble sleeping and they really help me fall asleep. Even better, they taste soooo good! Never tried gummies that work and taste good! I'm sold.
