I am super sensitive to sleep supplements or medication that makes you drowsy, but i like the ingredients in Lemme Sleep, so I was really interested to see how i felt taking them! Happy to report I don't feel groggy the next morning at all. I am ready to fall asleep within 15 minutes of taking them & I wake up less throughout the night...even with my husband snoring lol. Even though the serving recommends two, I can get away with just taking 1 and it still totally helps!

They take a while to make effect but once you are down, you are DOWN. I struggle with waking up multiple times during the night for no reason and whenever i take the gummies I sleep around 6-8hrs straight! I purchased them 2 weeks ago so let's see how it goes. Price wise, it pretty expensive ngl, so I'm glad they do work but still on the fence if I'll be repurchasing again.

I have been taking prescription sleeping pills forever. Any over the counter never worked. I said let me try this, you never know. This is the BEST , I fall asleep peacefully and actually sleep through the night. You don't wake up with that druggie feeling

I have chronic extreme insomnia. And I mean the type of insomnia where I will not sleep for days at a time or only sleep one to two hours per night for weeks. I've been searching for something that will help that's not a prescription or addictive. These do not make me sleepy, so if that's the type of insomnia you have these may not work for you. They taste great so I don't mind taking them in the hopes that I can get even an extra hour of sleep.

I have loved most all the Lemme products, this being my favorite. After trying many otc sleep aids and them not working, I was over joyed this worked the very first night! My husband had bone cancer and I had cared for him for months and having extreme insomnia, from stress I now know. Plus I worked the graveyard shift as a 911 operator for years, so I really appreciate this one Lemme Have it!!! Yea!

I take 1 or 2 of these 20 minutes before I want to be asleep and I am OUT immediately. 10/10. I will say, my husband will wake up 3 hours after he takes it, so it does wear out. I've only experienced that once or twice, but I fall right back to sleep.

Lemme just start off by saying I have tried SO many products and solutions for my sleeping problems. The sleepy girl cocktail, tart cherry juice etc you name it. After trying the Lemme Chill Gummies and finding that they worked amazing, I had to try these and was. not. disappointed. I actually take these and the Lemme Chill together an hour before bed and it's amazing!

I used them to help me get to sleep when I travelled and I fell asleep within 30mins! However with jet lag, I still woke up pretty early. But, when I use them with no travelling & no jet lag, I pass out asleep and literally have to set an alarm otherwise I feel like I won't wake up!

First of all, these gummies are delicious! If they didn't make me sleepy, I'd want to eat them all day. I take them 30 minutes before I want to go to sleep, and it knocks me out and keeps me asleep all night. I also wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy.

Loved it. I have a really hard time sleeping, and tried so many products I've lost count. This is by far, the best I have tried, loved it. You need to make sure you take it within the timeframe given (30 minutes before bedtime) and be in bed to sleep at that time. Don't take and go to bed an hour later, as following instructions will give you optimal results. Will order again.
