I have always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I've been put on different sleep medications, I still couldn't get a full nights rest. Until I tried Lemme Sleep! I fall asleep about 30 minutes after I take them AND I've been getting 7 to 7 and a half hours of sleep! This is my favorite Lemme product (I have tried them all). The best sleep gummy on the market. 30 min before I want to be asleep I take these, and I am out 32 minutes later. I have never fallen asleep so fast in my life. I don't have any grogginess in the morning, which has been a contributing factor to why I've stopped all over sleep aids.

I bought this bc of Melissa Wood-Tepperberg and lemme tell ya, it WORKS! It starts to work within 20 minutes and I sleep like a rock. I haven't awoken groggy at all either, which usually happens after I take any sleep aid. I will absolutely be repurchasing when I'm empty!

Currently on a monthly subscription bc these really work!! I in perimenopause and I finally got my hormones under control but was still suffering from no sleep. Totally works! Last night I took two gummies around 8pm thinking “it's a little early but whatever it wont really work”. I'm telling u by 9pm I was like ok it's bedtime for bonzo!! Eyes were shuttinggggg!! Clonked out and stayed asleep till my alarm in the morning!

First of all, THE TASTE! Oh. my. goodness....It's so good....if it didn't make me sleepy I would want to eat them all day, everyday! They definitely calms you and put you in a nice, serene state when falling asleep. Falling asleep is what I have trouble with the most so I was pleased with that part of the gummy! Melatonin doesn't typically keep me asleep no matter what the brand, because I wake up several times a night thanks to my post baby bladder 😂 ... it is rare that I sleep thru the night and these gummies have not helped me achieve that yet, but I wasn't expecting it to anyway. I still really like them, I don't feel groggy in the morning, and I keep them on my bedside table to use on an as-needed basis for those nights that I really struggle falling asleep.

Ok this is my favorite of my bundle by far I love to take them when I know I will need a good night sleep. They help me fall asleep and stay asleep that's my favorite part I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. I am sooo thankful for these gummies these are by far the most interesting to look at iykyk! Thanks Lemme ;)

As someone who's tried so many different sleep medicines and gummies, these made a difference. They're different than your typical melatonin and work 10 times faster. I didn't notice a difference the first time I used these but now after a few weeks I am sleeping so much better!

This product does Not work, it's not effective & I have seen Zero results. Gummies are FULL OF Unhealthy SUGAR!! I also did not like having to eat this sweet sugary gummy right before bed when I'm focusing on brushing my teeth , no one wants to go to sleep with a mouth full of sugary gummy residue. I've I absolutely do Not recommend.
