Would love them separated. Magnesium alone for those who don't take melatonin and for those who do, a slightly higher dose.

I absolutely love these! They help me stay asleep and I don't feel groggy in the morning which I absolutely LOVE!!!

As much as I try to fight it, I end up losing the battle. I even slept in the other morning, very uncommon for me as a toddler mom lol

I have PCOS and anxiety so my sleep has always taken a back seat. I'm currently on trazodone to help me sleep but it was no longer helping and I kept waking up at night. I've tried several melatonin products and they all give me horrible nightmares...not this one! I do fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking just one they work and taste amazing! Sleep is so important and I've had troubles for years but this product helps me so much! I will keep ordering it for sure!

I can't say how happy I was to try these out. I am a great sleeper for the most part. But sometimes I do have sleepless nights and that's when I take 1 gummy. One works for me but my husband will take the 2. It doesn't give you the side effects of medication. I wake up feeling great and refreshed.

I have tried so many different things to sleep better and none of them have worked. I've tried bath soaks, sprays, other melatonin, meditation, sleepy girl mocktails, etc. I bought these, and I wish I had subscribed when I did (they've been sold out since!) because I sleep so much better with them. I have tried nights not sleeping with it, and based on my smartwatch, I do not sleep as well. Other than being able to fall asleep I do not wake up with the headache that other melatonin products have given me in the past.
