The item was good for a week after that I would sleep a few hours then be awake.it does help relax and fall asleep,but for me I was awake by 2a m and then slept on and off until 7 am.

These are a holy grail must-buy for me, but the recent reformulation is a big step down in taste. They taste fine now, but the previous version was delicious. Either way, I'll keep buying bc they help me sleep all night!

The new formula is awful. They taste horrible, the texture and taste are both off. They don't work like they used to. I don't understand why they changed but I really wish they'd go back to how they were a couple of months ago.

I have been taking these gummies for over a year. Recently I noticed they reformulated them. Not the same test and recently I found a hard piece when I was chewing them. I pulled it out and it's a round ball. Has anyone else noticed this?
