I've had the best sleep the past couple weeks and not woke up groggy. Less than 30min I feel like I am knocked out. And they taste yummy!

The item was good for a week after that I would sleep a few hours then be awake.it does help relax and fall asleep,but for me I was awake by 2a m and then slept on and off until 7 am.
