I thought this was going to be an easy set up, wrong. Wont connect to internet via wireless connection

I bought dvd and blu player a month. It works perfectly and I love it. I highly recommend purchase this.

Sony makes good products however I could not get this product to connect to my router....even on auto

I bought this a little while back and I've not been disappointed. Performs great, no issues, and great quality!!!

Easy to operate and perfect size. But it needs to be programmed frequently because it looses the internet settings. However, it set up easily.

I finally replaced my old DVD player that was jamming/skipping constantly.... I thought it was because discs from the library were old or dirty (even though I always clean them). This machine plays them beautifully without any trouble.

Bought for my husband. He hasn't used often but thus far appears to have enjoyed it. Easy to use as he hasn't called for me to help. That's a plus in my book!

I like the compact size and great picture quality; also I like that when I insert a disk my Sony 850D TV automatically switches to the HDMI input of this device. Very easy to set up.

While I am generally pleased with this purchase I was disappointed that not all discs played equally well. Some discs required the volume on the receiver to be turned up significantly, others had no audio at all.

I bought this a month ago and I could not get it to play my dvd. I had a friend check it out today and all of my connections are correct. The up/down and right/left keys on the remote do not work.
