I bought this product since I had purchased a Sony Tv. I wish there were better instructions on how to operate and do the setup and how to merge with my Bose system.

Bought this player to continue having common wiring with failed player. The older player became erratic for opening the disc sleeve. Also, Netflix seems to be working better on the new unit.

The Blu-ray player is exactly what I purchased for. It played my Toast made HD-DVD, Blu-ray movies, and regular DVD's with ease. It is easy to use and setup. I am all for it.

With my new Samsung tv, I don't have to do anything to play it. Just put a dvd into it and it plays. At my age this is important. Great little player for the price!

Bought for my husband. He hasn't used often but thus far appears to have enjoyed it. Easy to use as he hasn't called for me to help. That's a plus in my book!

We purchased this unit about 3 weeks ago and have so far been very pleased with the quality of the machine and the picture quality we get on our 4K TV. This replaced another Sony DVD that was still working after over 15 years of service.

My sam***** stopped working with very little use. Sony has always been dependable with their products. Hey, I should know, I have one of their first transistor radios...IT STILL WORKS after 60 years! Yes, I am that old.

I love the compact size of this unit. Took a little bit to figure out how everything on the remote worked but once we did we were very happy with the quality of the picture and sound.

I bought this a month ago and I could not get it to play my dvd. I had a friend check it out today and all of my connections are correct. The up/down and right/left keys on the remote do not work.

Much easier to operate than my older model. Even the instructions are easier and simpler. I really like that I didn't have to take an engineering class before getting it to work.
