You can connect your internet and stream Netflix and YouTube but also other streaming services. The only thing I wish it would have came with was the hdmi cable to hook up to the tv and blu-ray player. Other than that it's a great player I truly recommend this. Very easy to hook up.

It also has wired internet connection which allows you to watch Netflix, YouTube and other services you may have. Set up was quick and easy and the picture is crisp and clear. It is on the smaller side so it doesn't take up too much room and is a great source of entertainment.

The picture quality is great and if you want to be able to enjoy your movies then this is a great option. I don't think you can go wrong with Sony - they are always the highest quality. The name speaks for itself! But, I feel like I need to point this out - A couple things that stood out to me were that there was no HDMI cable included and the only internet option is a direct connection with an Ethernet cable. Not having any WiFi or an HDMI cable kinda was like rain on my parade. Besides that, this is an awesome player to own.

Does what it's supposed to do with ease of set up and use, great color delivery, superior Dolby HD audio output. Great addition for those times I need a disc player.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price this Blu-Ray DVD is a really good deal! Switching between scenes was incredibly fast and seamless. The apps that are installed worked fast without stuttering or freezing. So far I am very happy with the Sony Blu-ray Disc Player.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sony Blu-ray Disc Player works great.  It was very easy to set up and simple to use.  We have used it to play DVDs and Blu-Rays and for streaming.  It works as it should and is definitely user friendly.  The picture is great, good sound, and has all the functions we need.  It is a good quality player.  I would recommend it.

The fact that I can stream on to apps with my tv that is a halfway smart t v, works wonder. It works better if you have good internet. I have low internet. But it is an awesome . And it doesn't take up a lot of room on your shelf. It is very compact. As always ,Sony has exceeded its expectations.

Not only does it play Blu Ray, it also plays regular DVD's, music CD's, AND you can use an ethernet cable to connect it to the internet. Where you can pull up Netflix, YouTube, plus much more! I love it! So convenient and easy to use. It even comes with a remote! This is wonderful for family time or if I want to listen to music and jam out. Such great quality!
