It it is not wireless and you will have to use a wire to connect it to the internet. However a HDMI does not come with it so you will need to buy one before you can connect it to the TV and will be able to use. Other then that it's a good DVD player.

Can also stream Netflix, YouTube and a variety of different streaming services by connection to internet. The only drawback I see is that it's wired so to stream it needs to be next to a modem. But otherwise a nice product to have.

It was quick and easy to setup on my TV, and is compact so that it doesn't take up very much space at all. My old DVD player was bulky and only played DVDs, so this was a major upgrade for me. The picture and sound quality are great with clear images and 1080p resolution. There's also a USB port on the front which allows you to play from a flash drive if you like. You must have your own HDMI cable as it's not included, and it doesn't have built-in wi-fi. You have to connect directly to the internet if you want to access and use the app feature that lets you add apps such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. If you don't have internet capability you can still use the player to play DVDs and Blu-rays. The remote is small and easy to understand and use. Overall this is a really great Blu-ray player that I highly recommend.

It offers wide range of streaming services that you can connect to. The picture and sound quality are very good, and I am enjoying watching some of my old dvd and Blu-ray movies. Our home is a gaming household, so we have game consoles that are also Blu-ray equipped, but sometimes I don't feel like firing them up just to watch a movie. This player is a great addition to my guest room and allows me to keep the consoles in the living room. I also enjoy how the player is able to stream, huge convenience! It's not just limited to Blu-ray and DVD, so I would definitely recommend to people who like to stream and watch discs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony Blu-ray by Sony is High definition and clear and the streaming on here is pretty fast it seems like it made my streaming a little quicker and the Blu-Ray movies are crystal clear to watch and I do play my CDs on this Blue-Ray and the music sounds crisp and clear also I would recommend this product to my friends and family for sure
