Small enuff to fit into an already crowded weekly pill box. Small enuff to swallow with out gagging on a horse size pill. Small enuff to require taking only once a day vs 3x/day ones. Small enuff to show that bigger isn't always better. Small enuff to now take anywhere without requiring water.

I used the sample and I felt good but at end of shift I was not moving great again. Would be a good product if I had entire bottle.

I have been using this product for quite some time. I would say that the effects accumulate and the help for the joints is very satisfying. You would definitely tell if you were to stop using it for a few days. I ran out and my joints started to feel worse within a couple days. I now buy two packages at a time because I live quote a ways from town. I would recommend this to anyone with joint problems.

I think the sample should have included more supplements to ensure that the product was useful and helpful. I did purchase this because I have joint issues and now that I have been using them consistently for a few weeks, I do notice a difference in my mobility and lack of pain now. So while I think the sample size should have been more, these are well worth the price.
