The Triple Action by Move Free Ultra just was not for me, but I did not experience any negative effects. I found the pills to be a little on the larger side and it did not help me that well with my knee issues. I will continue on the hunt for a different joint product.

Most glucosamine is make with shrimp and crab shells. I am allergic to that, but because glucosamine works wonders for my joints, I kept taking it for the past 10 years. Until now, I found Movefree Ultra. It is reasonably prices, only one small pill a day, not made from shrimp and crab, and it works for me. It may not work as good as glucosamine that I used to take, but it still works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Move Free Ultra Triple Action is extremely easy to swallow I don't have a problem with taking pills but I had to check my mouth to make sure that I swallowed it because it was so small so easy to go down.

Small enuff to fit into an already crowded weekly pill box. Small enuff to swallow with out gagging on a horse size pill. Small enuff to require taking only once a day vs 3x/day ones. Small enuff to show that bigger isn't always better. Small enuff to now take anywhere without requiring water.

When I received Move Free Ultra and I tried it I could notice my body felt great. I could walk outside longer than what was used to and it felt great.

I wasn't able to get the full experience from the product due to I was only supplied a couple of tablets. First I noticed that the knee that has been a pain for years, wasn't bothering me as much. The I notice that I felt stronger when lifting stuff. This product has been good for my joints for sure.
