They are so easy to take which is not the case for many supplements. I'm hoping I will see long term benefits but time will tell.

I have been using Ultra 3X Triple Action Move Free for over 7 years. The caplet is very small, all you need is one per day. I am 66 years and I walk over 10,000 steps per day. I can freely move, bend and walk. I urge everyone who had a demanding schedule, take one caplet daily and Move Free.

I have been using Move Free Ultra almost since it first came out and have noticed that it is easier to kneel and get up when I'm taking this product. I love the idea of this product, but I didn't receive a large enough sample to adequately review the product. It was easy to swallow, with zero aftertaste. If it works as stated, I would love to keep using it. My husband especially, has always had problems with his knees. we have purchased a bottle, and he will continue to take it.

So very happy they've put their formulas into this tiny little pill. With the larger ones I had a difficult time swallowing them, so when I found this I was thrilled! Move Free Ultra works great for my knees and with the Ultra I have no problem swallowing the tiny pill. Thank You Schiff!!!

The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. As far as the product I'm not sure if I've used it enough to see a big difference. I also don't think it would hurt to continue using to prevent stiffness and movement.
