So easy to swallow and only one needed per day! Not exactly sure of how to rate on how it helps me re: discomfort, flexibility; but with age and aches and pains that come after 60's, gives me confidence that taking such a supplement is better than ignoring these age-related nuisances.

I love the concept of this vitamin/supplement, but I did not have enough of it to make a concise decision if this helps or not, but I have used supplements like this one in the past and I am in no hurry to purchase this either.

I have been using this for approximately 3 months with Move Free Glucosamine Chrondroitin Plus MSM. I had knee surgery and the Glucosamine Chrondroitin was prescribed by my orthopedic doctor since I had no cartilage in my knee. I added the Ultra since it has the collagen. I have been reading that it can be helpful. It is hard for me to tell if it has helped since my knee is SO much better after my surgery. But to me it is worth continuing at this point.

I like that I only have to take one tablet a day. Additionally, the tablets are small and easy to swallow. I haven't noticed a change as of yet, I know the stiffness won't disappear over night. I plan on continuing to use the product until I see a change. I'd rather use Schiff than a prescription drug with potential side effects.

I used this 2 mo ago and I saw no real difference from regular Move Free. I like that you only have to take one little pill. I took it in the AM. I stopped taking it to use up my older Move Free. I already purchased 3 bottles for soon to be future use.

I have taken glucosamine with chondriotin and MSM for a very long time and had to take at least 2 pills a day for some relief. With Move Free I only have to take 1 and it is smaller and easier to swallow which is important to me. Glad I decided to try MoVe Free.

I can't say whether I noticed any difference using Move Free Ultra Triple Action, only because there was only one dose in the sample, but there was certainly no negative differnce. I did like that there was a much smaller pill and only one as opoosed to two larger pills of the GC daily. So that is a MAJOR plus.
