These do not cause me as discomfort, in fact it has soothed my occasional stomach discomfort and I have less bloating. These are very easy to chew, you do need two, but they do not get stuck to your teeth and taste great. One of the few brands I trust for a probiotic supplement.

They taste great, you forget you are taking a heathy supplement. I noticed my stomach was less bloated, and had to go more often. My normal is once a day but it increased to two times.
