I've been taking fiber supplements on the advice of my doctor since I was in my 30's, i.e., over 30 years. But the price of the supplement I was taking (think: orange powder that I would stir into water and drink quickly before it gets too thick) has increased so much in the last few years that I decided to try something else, so I took a chance on these as an impulse buy. These act differently than the powder, so I had to experiment with dosage to dial it in, and I'm currently taking just one of these after supper each evening to replace three teaspoons of the powder, but your mileage may vary, of course. The results are slightly different, but acceptable ... and much less expensive!

I never tried probiotics. I have been taking expensive meds for years. I really have to watch what I eat, which is not a bad thing but sometimes I just want to not get sick if I want to enjoy in moderation. Well, so far so good! No Gerd and hiatal hernia is in check along with other pesty tummy upsets.

We've been using these for a few years and they have been very helpful in easing heartburn and gerd. They're very tasty and easy to take. I'm sure there are other probiotics that are more effective and don't contain sugar but I have enough pills to take already so these are a treat and work well too.

Love these probiotic gummies! I have acid reflux, and these gummies work to lessen the occurrence of problems. Also, I have trouble swallowing pills, so these are easy to chew up, and taste great too! I take these daily. I rarely ever have a problem with reflux since taking these gummies.

It really helps to keep me in good shape in my tummy. They taste good and I take one a day, which keeps me feeling good, and little to no problem with my digestion.

I have been taking Digestive Advantage gummies for at least 5 years they are amazing no more gas pain no acid reflux no more gastritis. The gummies taste great with no aftertaste soft and chewable. I do take them with every meal

My gastroenterologist recommended that I take a probiotic. I dislike yogurt intensely, and I have trouble swallowing pills, so I tried these and they work well. Added benefits are that they also help with regularity and they are gluten free.

They taste good and they definitely have helped my digestive system. I no longer suffer with as much gas, bloating or constipation. They worked quicker and better than other probiotics I have tried. I will keep using them.

Let me start by saying I am a physician with a strong interest in living a healthy and active lifestyle and don’t generally believe in the use of OTC dietary supplements without a physician’s or registered dietitian’s specific recommendation, particularly for those of us who already eat a sensible and reasonably balanced diet. The vast majority of OTC dietary supplements, in my opinion, are a huge waste of money. The only reason I considered trying these is because they were suggested to me by two trusted GI specialists and my own personal research into this strategy proved supportive as well. All that being said, my wife and I both found these gummies helpful in quelling irritable bowel symptoms, improving regularity and diminishing intestinal gas, though they didn’t seem to work as well as I would have liked until I coupled their daily use with consuming a daily serving of Greek yogurt (with live cultures, of course) as well. Using just one or the other alone (gummies or yogurt) was not nearly as helpful or efficacious as using both together. And, in my case, it took several weeks of use before I noticed a beneficial effect, so it appears you have to be patient while your gut’s microbiome is being modified and enhanced by this new eating regimen. The gummies themselves taste great and have a pleasing texture when chewed (which can’t be said for all such live culture gummies) and so my wife and I look forward to taking them every day. Definitely worth the expense if you suffer from common, benign GI problems, but consider adding in Greek yogurt or some other whole food probiotic source if the gummies alone don’t seem to be cutting it.

After taking my second daily dose of this gummy, I experienced my first and only vertigo episode. I may just be super sensitive, but I can't take any more of them.
