A good option for those taking fiber supplements
I've been taking fiber supplements on the advice of my doctor since I was in my 30's, i.e., over 30 years. But the price of the supplement I was taking (think: orange powder that I would stir into water and drink quickly before it gets too thick) has increased so much in the last few years that I decided to try something else, so I took a chance on these as an impulse buy. These act differently than the powder, so I had to experiment with dosage to dial it in, and I'm currently taking just one of these after supper each evening to replace three teaspoons of the powder, but your mileage may vary, of course. The results are slightly different, but acceptable ... and much less expensive!

I never tried probiotics. I have been taking expensive meds for years. I really have to watch what I eat, which is not a bad thing but sometimes I just want to not get sick if I want to enjoy in moderation. Well, so far so good! No Gerd and hiatal hernia is in check along with other pesty tummy upsets.

We've been using these for a few years and they have been very helpful in easing heartburn and gerd. They're very tasty and easy to take. I'm sure there are other probiotics that are more effective and don't contain sugar but I have enough pills to take already so these are a treat and work well too.
