No water needed. The taste of these gummies were not the best but were still good. I felt less bloated after a few weeks of taking them. I can’t say for sure if it was cause if the probiotics but I’m sure they did help.

Aside from a little jolt of sugar, these also help regulate your tummy and keep you feeling less bloated and full. I had to offer my kids their own gummie vitamins because they found them so yummy!

I had to be on major antibiotics for four months after an infection with a hip implant and was looking for ways to rebuild my intestinal flora. I am so glad that I tried these. They are delicious and have really helped me feel much better. They have even helped me stay more regular with my bowels. Great product. I highly recommend it!

My daughter complained for many months that her tummy hurt, and we tried a variety fiber and enzyme supplements that didn't solve the problem. Within a couple of days of using 1 Digestive Advantage gummy per day, her tummy stopped hurting, and she hasn't complained since. Overall, I think if you are looking to add probiotics to your diet, these are a good way to do that. I also liked that they can also be taken by kids over 3 years of age. If you have kids, I'd definitely put the bottle out of reach, as they look similar to Sour Patch Kids candies, with the sugar-like coating.

They were left by our front door by the delivery truck and it was over 110 that day since I live in Arizona. I know that is not the manufactors fault.. I was able to spoon out the glob and cut it up. and test it that way but they were very sticky mess. But they did seem to work well. i would buy these again at the store next time.

The Daily Probiotic Gummies are a great way as they taste good, easy to chew and no need to swallow multiple pills a day. Be careful if you travel as these can melt together if they get hot (like in an airplane).

The Superfluity blend gummies are pleasantly flavored with makes them easy to take and digestion has been fine but not sure if actually improved yet. Will continue as I believe the boost is helpful to maintain healthiness.

I am a physician who treats patient with food intolerance. This company usually puts out hits so I was really surprised to see this product come out. BEWARE, as this particular product contains fructooligosaccharides (FOS) (aka inulin) which serves as the fiber. The only problem is that FOS is also a FODMAP (google it) and it can cause horrible bloating, gas and diarrhea. I would never recommend this to my patients.
