I have been using this product for years now. I believe it helps with my joints, especially my knees. My relatives and friends in HongKong find this product helpful for their joints too. Whenever I return to HongKong, I would bring them some.

My knees and back say thank you for move free...arthritis limits activity, but Move Free really helps as I move through daily activities. Super mail service.

Seems to work better than others I have tried. They are a bit of a challenge to swallow, but no worse than others I have tried. The tablets are smooth and do not crumble.

I tried this for 6 months and nothing improved. Then I stopped taking it thinking maybe pain would get worse if any benefit had been unnoticeable because it was so gradual and subtle. It did not get worse This was an expensive lesson.
