It Works!

But only if you take it consistently. I had onset of arthritis over 20 years ago, and at age 74 I have no signs of it now. I am able to jog a 10k twice a weeks with no problem. Thankfully a chiropractor told me about it about 1997 and I have been on it with several different brands, but I find this one the best for the money. I take it after my evening meal because the body rebuilds the cells at night when we are sleeping. I believe this to be better absorption however I don't have a degree in the medical field. I just know the results. Leave it setting out so you will see it, not hidden by a cabinet door. Happy freedom in moving. God gave us joints and muscles so we could. It is up to us to help keep them in shape so we are mobile. Remember, a car falls apart when it sits, so do we. Tumpieboy
