The negative is the pills are large with plenty of water they are swallowed easily. The ingredients are natural and target inflammation.

I have been using this product for a long time. It seems to help my arthritis.

For me, this works great on decreasing joint pain. The price is quite good in comparison to similar products.

But only if you take it consistently. I had onset of arthritis over 20 years ago, and at age 74 I have no signs of it now. I am able to jog a 10k twice a weeks with no problem. Thankfully a chiropractor told me about it about 1997 and I have been on it with several different brands, but I find this one the best for the money. I take it after my evening meal because the body rebuilds the cells at night when we are sleeping. I believe this to be better absorption however I don't have a degree in the medical field.
