The negative is the pills are large with plenty of water they are swallowed easily. The ingredients are natural and target inflammation.

The Move Free product of Glucosamine/Chondroitin works better for me than any other brand. I have fibromyalgia & Move Free prevents a lot of stiffness and pain.
