The negative is the pills are large with plenty of water they are swallowed easily. The ingredients are natural and target inflammation.

I have used Move Free for years. It's one of the best products I've tried to help with joint pain.

My husband takes these and his knee pain is much improved. These are too large for me to swallow, but ok for my husband. Take as directed and keep taking daily. Results will happen after about 4 weeks, but you must continue daily. Pain is gone.

The Move Free product of Glucosamine/Chondroitin works better for me than any other brand. I have fibromyalgia & Move Free prevents a lot of stiffness and pain. After 1st trying Move Free years ago, I knew that Glucosamine/Chondroitin was beneficial for me. I then went to 'cheaper' brands, many claiming to contain the same percentages of the blend. They were not the same. I quickly went back to Move Free! I didn't even finish the bottles of the store brands/other brands.
