I've been taking them for over week now and they couldn't be simpler to use. I take one capsule per day, with a glass of water, typically around lunchtime. I have been using it for a few days now. It's suppose to work within 24 hours. It helps guard the urinary tract and fight unfriendly bacteria. It fights yeast growth to support vaginal health. It maintains optimal vaginal pH. You are to take 1 capsule daily anytime of the day with or without food. Once I use this bottle up I will see how well I like it and if I will continue to use this product monthly.

You can never have too much healthy bacteria as the gut controls so much it is called our second brain. I like focusing on probiotics that are specifically for women because men and women have different needs. Azo has many great products and I'm happy with this one. I also appreciate that the capsules are small.

Normally this would have given me a yeast infection. I took the AZO every day and my balance never faltered. Thank you for such an amazing product. I will be using this everyday now.
