I wish it had more probiotics, although 5 million isn't bad. Not sure if it's helping & feel you need 3 months to really know. Its small capsule shape makes it easy to swallow and go down no matter what I take it with and there's no aftertaste thankfully. In the last two weeks that I've been taking it,I haven't noticed any symptoms of a UTI, which being a type 2 diabetic is fantastic. I plan on continuing to take these for a long time to come. My stomach seems to also agree with the probiotic too.
