[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have frequent UTI's, I got this product as a free sample (complete 30 day box) from Smiley 360. I have been taking for about a week. It has not really done anything. I still got a UTI, the box says starts working within 24 hours. For me it is not working, maybe I need to take longer for it to work. I don't know we will see. For me it is not worth money for paying for something that doesn't do what it says it will do.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow which is an important thing for me and I realize it has really helped with urinary health for me personally. I started taking these and have not had any new infections pop up. I will continue to take these daily. Cannot say how thankful I am to bzzAgent that I was able to try these out for free. They really do work
