The fact that I can take one product and it keeps me balanced in my gut and my female parts is great! One less thing to worry about. I do drink a lot of water being on a fluid pill and it seemed to help things flowing better all day long. Since then I think I've been a bit more balanced and had fewer issues with things like excessive discharge. I don't know how to put it but it all just feels better. I found that it started working quickly. The capsules aren't small but they aren't huge either.
