I can't complain as there haven't been any issues, but I assume it's doing its job and keeping everything good down there. I typically see a change in things or have issues around my cycle as hormones affect me, and this seemed to keep things in check. I won't know for sure unless I continue taking it for a longer period of time, but it may be worth the cost to avoid the frustration of *female issues* we all could do without. I do drink a lot of water being on a fluid pill and it seemed to help things flowing better all day long.
