The addition of lidocaine in the ointment was nice. Of course, it doesn't handle major pains but is perfectly fine for minor cuts and scrapes.

The antibiotic ointment is effective in drying and the lidocaine added helps numb the wound immediately. After a few times using, I could see a noticeable effect on healing as well as pain relief. I can feel my finger not in painful status after 1 day. So I would say lidocaine is really doing a good job. This is a must-have in my first aid kit.

The cut was throbbing with pain, but after putting the Neosporin on it (and band-aid), the pain went away within 5h10 minutes and I was able to finish the yardwork without being affected by the cut.

I used it and it is healed already, it healed and only a few days. It does not burn it goes on extra thick, and it does numb the pain to a certain degree. I would definitely go to the store and buy some if I needed to, I really like the lidocaine in it, that helps tremendously. I give it a five stars this is a good product.

Fights germs and infections while gently numbing the area so you soon forget about the pain all together! I really like that this had a screw top, that made me feel safer with it in my house with children.
