In the weekish that we've had it we used it on both my kids, for a scraped knee and a kitten scratch and they both liked it. I just used it after cutting my leg on a some corrugated cardboard and sure enough the stinging went away quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this product and I will be buying it in the future. I also like the childproof cap, not that my kids are rummaging through the medicine cabinet but when their friends are over it gives some reassurance this isn't going to get used like lip gloss.

I love using this for cuts and scrapes! I know it helps germs but my kids love it because once we use it the lidocaine helps take the “boo boo pain” away! The size of this one is great for traveling or first aid kits also!

I had accidental cut on my hand from a cat scratch which are painful for days, but with this product it took away the pain and helped it heal much quicker. By the end of the 3rd day i felt i no longer needed to use the cream and noticed the cut was no longer red nor was it painful. Great product to have on hand for those small accidental cuts we end up getting from gardening or pets. Will have in my first aid kit.

I ended up really enjoying the numb feeling on my cut finger because it was really hurting me and it helped tremendously. The only thing is I have little kids and I would feel funny using this on them unless I was assured it was entirely safe for small children. I enjoy the product bjt need something in the house that is safe and versatile for the whole family. Overall, definitely recommend!

I like that it doesn't absorb in your skin but lays on it for longer use time. I love how the product works. I have used it for cuts and it's great but I have used it on ug bites too. The products awesome for bug bites. It takes away the itch and the antibiotic ointment helps to healthy bite. I get bug bites and I havethis awful reaction to them. This has helped tremendously. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got to test the Neosporin + Lidocaine ointment. I got a pretty bad cut while slicing veggies and there was a bit of bleeding. I disinfected the area and applied the ointment which was non greasy and helped numb the pain to quite an extent. I was surprised by how fast acting it was and doesn't have any odor as well. Regular application of it helped heal the cut pretty fast and I would definitely recommend it anyone looking for a pain and infection relief from minor wounds. This Neosporin goes on easy, doesn't smell weird, and works great. I like the added lidocaine because those scrapes that sting pretty bad are numbed out!

My 7yo doesn't handle pain well, and the pain relief that this provides was such an appreciated bonus. My husband now insists that we must always have some on hand.
