I used it and it is healed already, it healed and only a few days. It does not burn it goes on extra thick, and it does numb the pain to a certain degree. I would definitely go to the store and buy some if I needed to, I really like the lidocaine in it, that helps tremendously. I give it a five stars this is a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on a small cut I had on my finger. The cut is in the crease of my finger and it hurts every time I move my finger. I am immuno compromised and always worry about infection. I started applying this right away and so far have been able to keep my cut from getting infected. The lidocaine definitely helps with the tenderness.

The addition of lidocaine in the ointment was nice. Of course, it doesn't handle major pains but is perfectly fine for minor cuts and scrapes.

This Neosporin goes on easy, doesn't smell weird, and works great. I like the added lidocaine because those scrapes that sting pretty bad are numbed out!

I tend to be a bit accident prone and wind up with cuts or something. I was a bbq and accidently burnt my wrist reaching over. I applied the neosporin with lidocaine. And the pain was lessen. I dont personally think you need to make any improvements. I will buy this product again. Im glad i got the opportunity to give a try.
