However the capsules are large and in that plastic type coating which for me is always hard to swallow, I feel like it's stuck in my neck and you have to take two at a time. Would be better as a different consistency.

Although it is a bit pricey however it is worth the investment especially for the one of the most important organs in your body. The supplement's capsule size is easy to take. I have only used it for the past 2 weeks and have experienced no side effects as of now. I will have to come back for more updates on how it does to my health.

I've been using the Doctors' Preferred Liver+Revive & Restore for close to a month, and I'm impressed. I was carrying excess baggage around my abdomen, with the ensuing bloating and sluggish digestion, as well as poor mental concentration. I was lacking my former energetic physical and mental activity levels, so a good but safe liver cleanse was called for. Two capsules (always taken with dinner), combined with good hydration (I started using the best rated water purification pitcher, no more tap water), a moderate, balanced organic diet (adios pesticide residue and hormones) and increased physical activity: this is my health plan and it has already made a tremendous difference. I know they're not an easy fix, but it allows me to have a little more control over my health. This supplement is top quality. It comes in a medium sized gel capsule. Not the smallest/not the biggest. But they're easy to take with water. I've been very pleased with the results so far.

There's a definite strong vitamin smell and taste, but it's tolerable. There are ingredients that I question the use of since this is supposed to be a holistic supplement. I probably won't buy this product due to the use of ingredients that are not good for the body.

A word of caution though before taking any supplements - make sure you do your research on the various herbs. This particular supplement has a lot of selenium and milk thistle on it. While they do have their own cleansing benefits, taking too much can also not be good for the body, so this liver detox should only be taken as directed, then pause from it afterwards. They are easy to ingest and packaged in basic screw cap bottles. If you need a bit of a liver cleanse this would be a good natural option to try.
