I can't say it helps or not because I think that would need labs to show that concept (before and after). The capsules were easy to swallow. There was no after taste or belching noted after consuming. I took these consistently until they were gone. If you like trying herbal or natural products over pharmaceutical products, I would recommend this product for you. As with any thing though... always check with your doctor before going off any thing or substituting because natural products and herbal products can interfere with normal medication. You take it daily with a meal and water. Would I buy this product... possibly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually am sensitive to liver supplements where my stomach hurts if I take it on an empty stomach. However this one does not do that to me. So it's good for sensitive stomachs. I took two capsules daily for about 2 weeks and it has helped me feel cleansed. The appearance is a light brown powder and it's in a capsule so it shouldn't affect taste. Smells earthy.

I love that it's only 2 capsules a day, so you don't have to take 4 like some others I've tried. It also has a good amount of Selenium, which is important. They taste fine, a light pleasant smell, and I have zero aftertaste, which is another huge plus!

I took them for thirty days and did not notice any real changes, so I'm not sure how effective they were. The packaging was nice and the price seemed reasonable. If you are looking for a liver detox supplement, this product is probably worth trying, but I'm not sure it was for me.
