The digestibility is not bad my body tolerate. The bottle appearance is nice. The odor is little strong. But it not taste bad. I definitely recommend this product.

I can't say it helps or not because I think that would need labs to show that concept (before and after). The capsules were easy to swallow. There was no after taste or belching noted after consuming. I took these consistently until they were gone. If you like trying herbal or natural products over pharmaceutical products, I would recommend this product for you. As with any thing though... always check with your doctor before going off any thing or substituting because natural products and herbal products can interfere with normal medication. You take it daily with a meal and water. Would I buy this product... possibly.

Capsule is easy to swallow and I had no reactions or upset stomach like some other vitamins I have taken. Excellent mix of ingredients to help support, detox and support liver function.

The serving size is 2 pills so the bottle lasts a month. I will not speculate on the efficacy of this supplement without proper medical knowledge but from a practical standpoint it was easy to tolerate and I did not notice any negative side effects.

The pills are fairly large and two pills is the serving size but if you're used to taking larger supplements they go down just fine. They don't have a super weird aftertaste and can be taken on an empty stomach so that's nice. I take them in the morning with all of my other medication. I drink a lot of water during the day but I definitely notice more frequent urination throughout the month of taking them which could have to do with being hydrated or healthy liver function. I think a liver supplement is something important overall so I will continue to purchase and take in the future.
