However the capsules are large and in that plastic type coating which for me is always hard to swallow, I feel like it's stuck in my neck and you have to take two at a time. Would be better as a different consistency.

I have a fatty liver and the doctor advised me that at my next panel she would like for it to be better so I am hoping these help the process. I typically drink a liver detox tea so it's nice that I have these in capsule form and case I'm not able to have, my regular liver detox. The capsules are pretty big though so make sure that you have enough water and you eat them with food because it is 2, once a day. I know they're working because I have to more frequently use the bathroom because of the detox.

I did start to notice a difference after about two weeks of consistently taking these, and I didn't feel as tired as I normally am. Even my fiance pointed out that I wasn't complaining about being sleepy throughout the day. Also, I used to experience occasional bloating and discomfort after eating specific things like spicy food or dairy, but my digestion has improved noticeably and I'm able to eat those things without worrying about the aftermath.
